U.S. Business Mission to Batam Led by U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia Robert Blake

As part of an ongoing effort to increase US-Indonesian economic cooperations, the US Ambassador to Indonesia, HE Robert O. Blake, is conducting business outreach missions to several cities in Indonesia, including to Batam on January 29, 2015. In Batam, Ambassador Blake will lead the delegation of U.S. companies in meetings and other events with regional government and business leadrers to learn about trade and investment opportunities in the Batam Free Trade Zone area and the broader Kepulauan Riau Province. In addition, delegates can participate in a U.S. Commercial Service-led “Doing Business with the USA” seminar for the local Batam business community, site visits to Batam’s leading industrial estates, and an evening networking reception.
