ASEAN SME Academy 2.0 Launch Event

"Adapt, Upskill, Excel: Building ASEAN SMEs' Resilience with ASEAN SME Academy 2.0"


The US-ASEAN Business Council is proudly announcing the launch event of ASEAN SME Academy 2.0 (the Academy) which will be organized on April 8, 2022. The event will be held in Manila and simultaneously live-streamed through the virtual platform. The Academy is a free online learning platform which accessible for the ASEAN small and medium enterprises. It is an official ASEAN platform which the Council is partnering with ASEAN Coordinating Committee for MSMEs (ACCMSME). The new website aims of improving the learning experience through more centralized, user-friendly, and inclusive resources for SMEs by providing content in several ASEAN languages (i.e. Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, and Vietnamese), new visual designs, mobile accessibility, certifications, curated COVID-19 Module Tab, and various resources for SMEs to access.

The launch event will be consists of remarks from dignitaries, keynote address, launching of the ASEAN SME Academy 2.0, and dialogue session titled "Upskilling the ASEAN SMEs through the ASEAN SME Academy 2.0" with AWS and Visa. The launch event will kick off the Council’s overall SME activities in 2022.
