Council member companies participate in the program by sending their speakers (senior and junior employees) to talk to the students in universities across the country. In each event\, speakers would make a presentation introducing their respective company\, what they would expect from their employees and how their employees enjoy working with the company. The series was launched in December 2012 in Hanoi in partnership with the Vietnam Students Newspaper. Thousands of students across the country have benefited from the program. The speakers have intrigued young Vietnamese about global brand names such as members of the US-ASEAN Business Council\, inspired them with corporate business philosophy and culture\, and shared with them practical ideas about how to be competitive in today's job market. The series draw big applause from the government and more schools are asking to host the town hall style talks with their students.\n\nThis year\, the overall theme for the program is "Getting Ready for Industrial Revolution 4.0". It is meant as a concrete response to the government's call for the Vietnamese economy to capitalize on the potentials of new game-changing technologies and business models that are constantly coming along.
