[US-ABC INVITATION] Briefing on New Foreign Worker Regulation

In collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower, Indonesia Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC), US ASEAN Business Council, and European Chamber of Commerce are pleased to invite you to join a briefing on new foreign worker regulation.

Given the importance, the forum will serve as a discussion to provide insights, views and better understanding of the new Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 10/2018 on Recruitment Procedure of Foreign Workers (TKA) followed by Regulation of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No.16/2018 on Procedures for the Issuance of Visa and Stay Permits for Foreign Workers.
