The Indo-Pacific Business Forum in Bangkok, Thailand will take place on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit (EAS) on November 4, 2019. It will bring together key U.S. Cabinet Secretaries and senior leaders from U.S. government and business to discuss how government tools and policies can facilitate private sector partnerships to unleash the full potential of the Indo-Pacific region. A follow-up to the Indo-Pacific Business Forum held at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on July 30, 2018, the this forum will also bring together government and business leaders from Indo-Pacific countries. Additionally, the forum will include the announcement of several initiatives in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and the digital economy.
