Discussion with Frederick Helfrich, U.S. Department of Commerce

Frederick Helfrich of the U.S. Commerce Department’s Trade Advocacy Center is visiting Manila on May 9^th and 10^th as part of the Trade Winds Asia Mission.  The Trade Winds Asia Mission also includes stops in South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan. 
 
Mr. Helfrich handles U.S. private sector requests  for U.S. government advocacy for foreign government funded projects.  U.S. companies bidding on Philippine government projects will benefit from Mr. Helfrich’s perspectives on how the U.S. government can offer support.
