The Health and Life Sciences Committee is putting together a call to update members on the status of Decree 36 and discuss ways the industry can support the Ministry of Health with concrete solutions. We have drafted a letter to the Chairman of the Office of the Vietnam Government asking to extend the transition period from six months to one year while ensuring the flow of important medical devices.
