As Laos takes over the Chairmanship of ASEAN this year, this is a unique opportunity for members to hear directly from Ambassador Sisavath on Laos' top priorities and agenda for ASEAN as part of its recently unveiled theme of "Enhancing Connectivity and Resilience".
