2022 AEM Business Mission: 1st Planning Call

The Council is pleased to invite members to join the First Planning Call for the 2022 Business Mission to 54th ASEAN Economic Ministers (AEM) Meeting on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 10.00 AM - 11.15 AM (SGT)/Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 10.00 PM - 11.15 PM (ET).
 
Call Agenda:
During the first part of the call, Ms. Kate Rebholz, Chargé d'Affaires of the U.S. Mission to ASEAN (official bio is available here), will provide a briefing on the U.S. Government (USG)’s priorities for engaging the ASEAN Economic Ministers during the 54th AEM Meeting and the outcomes of the recent U.S.-ASEAN Senior Economic Officials Meeting (SEOM). The briefing will be followed by a Q&A session.

On the second part of the call, we will discuss the detailed agenda and other logistical arrangements for the Business Mission, including preparing the presentation during the AEM-USTR Consultation, key deliverables to the AEM, and updating our meeting schedule.
