The US-ASEAN Business Council is registering senior-level executives for its annual Business Mission to Vietnam on Monday – Thursday, March 6-9, 2017.
The deadline for receipt of registration and mission materials is Friday, February 24.
We will hold pre-mission conference calls in the weeks leading up to the mission. Further details on these calls will be provided in later updates.

The Council is currently negotiating a group rate and will distribute full details and booking instructions in a future update.
Mission Cost: $5,000 for up to two representatives (Early Bird Price)
[Mission Cost will increase to $5,500 AFTER February 24]
There is an additional $750 fee for the registration of each additional representative beyond the first two. Payment can be made by check, wire transfer, or online. An invoice will be issued upon registration.
Fees cover business mission program preparation and execution, overhead costs for the Council staff and hired service vendors, group working meals, and transportation between designated hotel and meetings. Delegates are responsible for their own air travel, meals, lodging, local transportation, visas and all other related travel costs.
Note: Once your registration is initiated using the link below, you have the option to cancel your registration to receive a full refund up to February 24. After February 24, your registration cannot be canceled and you will be liable for all registration fees.
