DESCRIPTION:The Council will be hosting a virtual roundtable with H.E. Mohamad bin Sabu\, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia on Wednesday August 2\, 2023 at from 1:00pm-2:00pm EST.\n\nThe Minister and his team have expressed enthusiasm about meeting with the Council and its members to discuss areas of collaboration between the MAFS and the Council's members\, Malaysia's agriculture priorities\, the prospects of signing an MoU with the Council\, and other areas of priority. Minister Sabu will be joined by the Secretary General for Agriculture and Food Security along with other high ranking officials within the Ministry.\n\nThis engagement with Minister Sabu is of very high importance. Malaysia will be hosting AMAF in Kuala Lumpur this October and the Council seeks to finalize an MoU with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. We highly encourage you to attend this virtual roundtable.
