SUMMARY:Energy Committee Quarterly Call
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the first Energy Committee Quarterly Call of 2017.\n\n\n\nDuring the first part of the call\, Ms. Kathryn Clarke\, Energy Efficiency Officer in the Office of Electricity and Energy Efficiency at the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Energy Resources\, will speak about the U.S. Government's initiative to encourage the adoption of harmonized Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) for certain appliances in ASEAN.  Ms. Clarke will also speak about plans to expand the adoption of MEPS to other sectors\, as well as broader efforts to encourage increased energy efficiency in the region through the harmonization and increased enforcement of standards.
