DESCRIPTION:This immersive policy retreat will convene interested members with both subject matter experts and ASEAN-based thought leaders to discuss and formulate a set of guiding principles towards digital services taxes (DSTs) in ASEAN and proactively strategize future advocacy efforts on this emerging policy area. Given the complexity and urgency of this issue\, a policy retreat will allow the Council and its membership to move more effectively on this issue and amplify the impacts of our future engagements with ASEAN governments.
