Alongside our annual plenary session\, the mission will consist of proposed bilateral meetings with each of the ASEAN Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors.\n\n\n\nThe Virtual Meeting will cover the following topics:\n\n Presentation on the AFMGM White Papers:\n \n Digital Trade Agreements\n Digital Identity\n Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC)\n Environmental\, Social and Governance (ESG) Finance\n Financial Inclusion\n Insurance as an Enabler of Digital Economy\n Note: Themes of the white papers will be further discussed with members during the planning calls \n \n \n\n\n\n Discussion may also focus on the following regional and national advocacy issues:\n\n \n Implications of a Digital Economy\n Financial Inclusion for Economic Development\n Cybersecurity\n Sustainable (ESG) Finance\n Disaster Resilience and Infrastructure Finance\n Digital Issues (e.g. Open Banking\, Virtual Banking\, Digital ID and AI)\n \n \n\nProposed Meetings:\n\nThe following meetings will be proposed. Given the possible conflicts in the proposed meetings\, please indicate the importance of these meetings in the Business Mission Manager.\n\n\n Plenary session with the ASEAN Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors on March 30\, 2021\n Bilateral meetings with ASEAN Finance Ministers\n Bilateral meetings with ASEAN Central Bank Governors\n Bilateral meetings with the ASEAN Secretariat\, U.S. Treasury delegation and other delegations of interest joining the AFMGM\n\nAdditional meetings can be requested per mission delegates' interests and the officials' availability.
